حذف حسابك في VyaTrip
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق (فوري)
- افتح تطبيق VyaTrip وسجّل الدخول.
- العملاء: افتح تبويب حسابي ← حذف الحساب. السائقون: من الشاشة الرئيسية ← حذف الحساب أسفل الصفحة.
- أكّد الحذف (تُطلب كلمة المرور للحسابات التي لديها كلمة مرور).
الطريقة 2: بالبريد الإلكتروني
أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجّل في حسابك إلى vyatrip@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف الحساب». سننفذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى بعد التحقق من ملكية الحساب.
ما الذي يُحذف
- الحساب وبيانات الملف الشخصي والمسافرين المحفوظين.
- جميع المستندات المرفوعة (جوازات السفر، الرخص…) تُحذف نهائياً من التخزين.
- رموز الإشعارات وجلسات الدخول.
ما الذي يُحتفظ به ولمدة كم
سجلات الحجوزات والمعاملات المالية والرحلات المكتملة تُحفظ للمدة التي تتطلبها القوانين المحاسبية والضريبية (عادة حتى 5 سنوات) ثم تُحذف. رصيد المحفظة المتبقي لا يمكن استرداده بعد الحذف، لذا استخدمه أو تواصل معنا قبل الحذف.
Delete your VyaTrip account
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
- Open the VyaTrip app and sign in.
- Customers: open the Account tab → Delete account. Drivers: home screen → Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm the deletion (your password is required for accounts that have one).
Option 2: by email
Email vyatrip@gmail.com from the address registered on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will complete it within 30 days at most after verifying account ownership.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile and saved travellers.
- All uploaded documents (passports, licences…), permanently deleted from storage.
- Push-notification tokens and sign-in sessions.
What is kept, and for how long
Records of bookings, financial transactions and completed trips are kept as long as accounting and tax laws require (usually up to 5 years), then deleted. Any remaining wallet balance cannot be recovered after deletion, so please use it or contact us first.
